For more than 25 years, Bill Stuart has helped companies shape business strategy and execute business transformation. Bill is respected for his ability to define and align strategy, deploy reliable frameworks, and drive focused execution of key projects to deliver demonstrable results. Throughout his career, he has been a leader of constant change – as a management consultant, an entrepreneur, a founder of successful consultancies and a regulator. He has partnered with Fortune 100 clients around the world across many verticals, including financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, information technology, and government. He has extensive domestic and international banking experience. He is the author of several articles on fintech trends.
Bill Long, Managing Partner
Leading large-scale, complex IT/business transformation projects
Bill Long’s expertise is in large-scale, complex, highly integrated IT/business transformation where he works closely with top management to align IT and business strategy. With more than 20 years of experience, he has led projects focused on payments, cybersecurity, data analytics, and M&A. In these engagements, he has developed a centralized Knowledge Center to enhance business intelligence, a Portfolio Management program to align technology and business strategy goals, and an Enterprise Agency Management System. He was also a founding managing partner of Hazelwood Partners. He has managed shared services companies and other third-party joint ventures. His consulting work has taken him to large clients around the U.S. as well as Australia, the U.K., Canada, South America.
Mark Renfro, Managing Partner
Shaping sales strategy and motivating teams to achieve growth
Mark Renfro has more than 20 years’ experience as a leader in sales and service leadership, sales process, and sales technology adoption. As Comerica’s senior vice president of sales and service, he shaped strategy to achieve growth objectives across all business lines of the bank. Under his guidance, his team achieved $730MM in closed sales from cross-business unit qualified referrals and introductions between Wealth, Business and Retail. Previous to Comerica, he held senior consulting positions with leading management consulting firms. He has worked with clients in the U.S., Australia, UK, Mexico, and Asia. He navigates complex organizations to develop relationships and gain buy-in from stakeholders while managing risk. He has authored a number of commercially sales and service programs, and written articles for BAI Banking Strategies, Bank Director, and the Corporate Executive Board (CEB).
